The party prep is in full swing and that means that finding time to work out isn't happening. I also read that I'm probably damaging my knees trying to run at this weight, so I'll still do lots of walking and biking, but I think I'm going to hold off on the running for a little while longer. I can still train by walking and gradually increasing my speed. It's going to be a great party and I'm excited for my son:)
